Hot-Dipped Rare Earth Aluminum -- Metallurgy and Mining


冶金工業多數在高溫、高磨損及特定的腐蝕環境中作業,存在大量的高溫和硫、氯的腐蝕,采礦業對豎井、設備、管道存在大量的吸氧腐蝕,電化學腐蝕及沖刷磨蝕,特別是煤礦和鐵礦用本公司的浸鋁技術,可以有效地解決以上問題。

方案一:在500℃以下的工況環境下,其管材、型材及金屬制品,經浸鋁后可直接使用,特別是動力系統的給排水、燃氣、蒸汽等大多是管道輸送。對于地下管網除存在土壤腐蝕外,還普遍存在雜散電流的腐蝕,造成地下管道腐蝕穿孔。用上浸鋁技術后,可有效地解決腐蝕問題。

方案二:在500℃以上的工況環境下,其管材或鋼制品在浸鋁后要進行高溫擴散熱處理,使鋼體表面的鋁擴散到鋼基體的金相格里,形成很好的鐵鋁合金。這不僅能起到耐高溫腐蝕的作用,還具有很好的耐磨蝕作用。

多年來,我們為日本生產的熔鎂鍋,為多家鋼廠生產的耐熱換熱器管束,為日本新日鐵生產的熄焦床車,醫院用垃圾焚燒爐等,都有很好的使用效果。


The metallurgical industry works in high temperature, high wear, high heat, sulfuric and chlorine corrosive environment. Whereas in the mining industry, there exists a lot of corrosive factors on the shaft well, equipment, piping, oxidation, electro-chemical corrosion and abrasion erosion elements. This is particularly true in the coal and iron ore operation. The use of the company's Hot-dipped aluminum technology, can effectively solve the above problems.

Option One: Under 500 ℃ environmental conditions, the piping, profiles and metal products, can be used directly after Hot-Dipped Aluminum with Rare Earth. This is specially critical in the power supply and drainage systems with gas, steam and mostly in the pipelines. In addition to the existence of underground pipe network confronted by soil erosion, but also the prevalence of stray current corrosion, resulting in the underground pipeline corrosion and perforation. After the Hot-Dipped Aluminum process, it can effectively solve corrosion problems.

Option Two: above 500 ℃ environmental conditions, the pipe or steel products after Hot-Dipping run through high-temperature heat diffusion treatment. This will diffuse aluminum on the surface of the steel micro-structure creating a good layer of Aluminum-Ferrous Alloy. This not only exhibit high-temperature Anti-corrosion nature, but also has good abrasive resistance.

Over the years, we have processed many Japanese Magnesium melting pots, steel-heat exchanger tubing, Nippon Steel Melting production beds, hospital waste incinerators’ structure, with excellent results.
